Understanding ISO 9001:2015
This one (1) day course is a detailed review and understanding and outlines best practices for quality systems. It will provide participants with a working knowledge and understanding of the ISO 9001 Standard allowing attendees to participate within an audit or implementation of a QMS Management system. Also, an excellent opportunity for current auditors to upgrade their required competency to the upgraded QMS standard.
ISO 9001:2015 Management Systems Internal Auditor
This three (3) day course includes Understanding 9001:2015 above plus detailed training on the auditing activity as outlined within the ISO 19011:2018 guideline for auditing. The participants will gain knowledge on the roles of the auditor and provide a working comprehension of planning, conducting, recording final audit results including writing and communication of nonconformance’s of a quality management system. Upon successful completion of this course, participants will have the knowledge, competence and ability to become an effective member of an internal audit team within a company.
Course Delivery and Materials:
Course delivery will include lectures and practical exercises.
A course manual will be provided to each student.
