Coudenys Management Systems Inc. (CMSI) is dedicated to their customers in providing exceptional value-added services through the applications of highly skilled and qualified personnel.  We are committed to providing timely services ensuring that the highest level of integrity is applied to everything we do while achieving customer expectations.

CMSI will perform reviews and maintain current management standards, training and customer focus.  This will ensure our process is always at the optimum of modern day applications. In turn, this will lead to customer satisfaction and improved methods of increased business applications. Continuous Improvement to management systems is the mission behind CMSI.

How we started out...

Coudenys Management Systems Inc. (CMSI) was founded in September 2006 by Larry Coudenys, becoming incorporated on May 7, 2007.

In July 2007 CMSI attained the recognition of ISO 9001:2000 Registration and have maintained our registration through obtaining the current recognition of 9001:2015. The team of individuals is highly qualified and has over ten year's current experience in this line of work and over 35 years in management experience to international standards.

Larry Coudenys

Extensive experience in performing 3rd party assessments and training programs to International Standards and successfully managing corporations to meet corporate growth, risk reduction and confidence to stakeholders involved.

During his career Mr. Coudenys was employed in roles including Vice President, Director for product Liability Internationally including countries of Canada, United States, England, Germany and France as well as Presidential roles in both Canada and the United States of America.  Prior to auditing Mr. Coudenys has successfully developed, implemented and attained international recognition of systems development in standards relating to automotive, commercial, laboratory and environmental systems.  In his capacity of performing audits, Mr. Coudenys has performed over 1100 audits in the automotive, commercial, environmental, laboratory and health & safety sectors allowing him to carry an extensive understanding of multiple industries and there application to risk reduction, cost improvements and shareholder value and stakeholder confidence.  Mr. Coudenys has also developed training courses to meet RAB accreditation criteria as well as college acceptance for managerial programs.

Mr. Coudenys is also a qualified lead auditor in ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, OHSAS 18001:2007, ISO 45001:2018, ISO/TS 16949:2002 and ISO 17025: 2005  and has extensive experience as a trainer of management Systems for over 10 years.


Karen E. Hoy EP (CEA)

Ms. Hoy started her career as a Customer Service Chemist in the Hazardous Waste Industry. Karen has also been employed with two engineering consulting firms in the position of Junior Technician and Project Manager where she conducted over seventy-five (75) compliance audits, including being a lead auditor, technical reviewer for compliance audit reports and mentoring and qualifying the other auditors as a requirement of internal process. Ms. Hoy also has eight years experience in hazardous waste management, site remediation (Phase I through III), and management systems development.

Ms. Hoy is also a qualified lead auditor in ISO 14001:2015, OHSAS 18001:2007, ISO 45001:2018 and ISO 9001:2015 and has extensive experience as a trainer of Management Systems of over 10 years. Ms. Hoy is also a licensed Toxics Reduction Planner.


Paul Lovett

Environmental Systems Technician

During his career, Mr. Lovett was employed by the Ministry of Natural Resources in the position of Resource Technician Level 2 working on various Lake Erie Management Projects. During his time with the MNR, Paul was involved with a range of projects including Long Point Index gillnet Assessment, limnological and lower trophic level sampling, Roving and Access Creel, and Coldwater Assessment.

Mr. Lovett has completed training in Standard First Aid with CPR + AED, OSHA Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response (HAZWOPER), COR internal Auditor, and  Marine Emergency Duties (MED) A3. Mr. Lovett is also a qualified lead auditor in ISO 14001:2015, OHSAS 18001:2007, ISO 45001:2018 and ISO 9001:2015
