CMSI has experience staff that have conducted environmental compliance audits throughout Canada and the United States and are Certified Environmental Auditors through ECO Canada. Our audit program evaluates an organizations environmental management against current legal and other requirements. The majority of our customers require an environmental compliance audit to meet the requirement of 14001:2015 clause 9.1.2 Evaluation of compliance.
A compliance audit is a documented, systematic audit to review the organizations compliance status against applicable acts and regulations. It serves as a method of due diligence and allows for an ongoing monitoring of the organizations legal performance.
